A manufacturing company needed to improve energy efficiency and operational comfort. Solution
QUAD IMPIANTI planned the implementation phases according to the client’s timing and requirements, installing a new high-efficiency LED lighting system designed to ensure uniform lighting and a significant reduction in consumption compared with the previous fixtures. The replacement halved the number of lighting fixtures while maintaining high lighting quality standards and minimizing the impact on production activities thanks to installation while the facility remained operational. The project delivers significant energy savings, with a payback period of less than one year, and is supported by an integrated control system enabling predictive maintenance and targeted interventions.
