Context and challenge
A major construction company was developing a high-quality multi-family residence comprising 6 apartments, each with specific characteristics and requirements. The project was designed to combine quality of life, residential comfort and a focus on sustainability through choices aimed at energy efficiency and quality of living. Its complexity required not only high-quality electrical installation work, but also the ability to coordinate the systems of the individual units with those serving the common areas and building services. The challenge was to work closely with the construction company and the other parties involved, integrating different skills and activities into a single project while meeting the objectives of quality, efficiency and execution continuity.
Solution
Before the finishes, there is the infrastructure. And everything that follows depends on its quality. QUAD built the electrical infrastructure for the 6 residential units, taking care of every element needed to create an orderly, reliable system consistent with the project’s quality standards. The work also extended to the common areas and building services, from the boiler room to the photovoltaic system and exterior lighting. The result is an integrated plant engineering ecosystem, developed in collaboration with the construction company and coordinated with the different components of the project. Because a building designed to offer comfort, well-being and energy efficiency also requires everything that remains unseen to be built with the same attention given to what is visible. And in a high-quality residence, system quality is part of living quality.
