Context and challenge
The construction of a high-end residential complex required an electrical system capable of ensuring consistency, reliability and flexibility, adapting to the different needs of the eight residential units while integrating with the building’s systems and common areas. In a project characterised by high quality standards and particular attention to detail, the challenge was to maintain efficiency during execution and consistent quality, coordinating works, solutions and different requirements without compromising the care devoted to the project.
Solution
QUAD carried out the electrical installations for the eight homes and the common facilities, adopting a consistent and replicable design approach capable of adapting to the specific features of each unit.
Structured management of the works made it possible to optimise the construction site while maintaining the same attention to execution and detail: because even in a residential project developed according to contract-based principles, the quality of the electrical system must match the quality of the living environment.
