Context and challenge
A frozen food company, long committed to energy efficiency and sustainability, was preparing its sustainability report with the aim of adopting renewable energy sources and reducing consumption. Just a few months before the deadline for applying for grants, serious issues emerged in the photovoltaic project entrusted to a previous operator: technical shortcomings, non-compliant certifications and missing documentation. A new partner therefore had to be identified within a very tight timeframe to remedy the non-compliances and avoid losing the incentives, which were essential to the economic sustainability of the investment for an SME.
Solution
QUAD IMPIANTI intervened rapidly, taking full responsibility for the project through an integrated approach based on technical expertise, regulatory knowledge and rigorous document management. The system was redesigned taking into account climatic conditions, correct sizing, structural checks and full compliance with regulations and grid requirements. The use of high-quality certified components, reliable inverters and storage systems, together with careful maintenance planning, ensured a solid, compliant and long-lasting solution.
